
1) Anti-realism encompasses all non-cognitivist views as well as the error theory.
2) Hume is often categorized as an anti-realist, either as a non-cognitivist or as an error theorist. Following Sayre-McCord, I have categorized him differently. In a future post, I will discuss Sayre-McCord’s reasons for classifying Hume as a cognitivist and a realist.
